A pop-up vending installation that invites passersby into a QR-based lucky draw, connecting digital play with a physical Dior reward.
The Activation
The experience moves through a clear QR-to-reward loop: scan, enter, draw, claim, and reveal. Each step keeps the Dior identity present without slowing the player down.
By tying the on-screen interaction to a tangible take-home object, the activation encourages sharing and word of mouth beyond the installation.
My Role
Led UI design, motion, and interaction design end-to-end, including 3D modeling of the physical vending installation. Collaborated with engineers and fabricators to connect the on-screen flow with on-site delivery.
